                    Alternative:  Top  shake with dash of cinnamon 
                Makes 2 – four ounce servings

                    STRAWBERRY SLUSHIES 
Blend together in a blender 
                  
                    - 1 can (12  oz.) lemon-flavored carbonated water
 
                    - 1 cup fresh strawberries (washed and stemed)
 
                    - 1 tsp. lime juice
 
                    - Crushed ice
 
                    - Sugar to taste
 
                   
                  Process until smooth 
                Makes six ½ cup servings

                  PEACH YOGURT SMOOTHIE 
                  Blend together in a blender 
                  
                    - 1 cup  plain yogurt
 
                    - 1 cup diced peaches
 
                    - ¼ cup unsweetened apple juice concentrate
 
                   
                  Spoon into cups and serve with a spoon.
