Little musicians went to town
Playing in a band.
They made music as they went
All across the land.

Hear their music loud and clear.
Hear their marching feet.

The children are marching into town, hurray! hurray!
The children are marching in a Marching Band, today.
Some beat drums, some ring bells,
Some play guitars, it all sounds swell.
Oh, we’re oh so glad that the children could come today.

The children are marching into town, hurray! hurray!
The children play their instruments as they come our way.
Some play triangles, some tap sticks.
Some shake shakers, it’s quite a mix.

Tap them high,
Tap them low.
