TEDDY BEAR PARTY
INVITATION IDEAS
Let your child help you place teddy bear stickers on the front of a plain card (or index card). Write the party particulars on the back of the card. Instruct children to bring their favorite teddy bear or stuffed animal to the party to the party. Let your child help stuff the cards into envelopes and place another bear sticker on the front or back of the envelope.

DECORATION IDEAS

Bear napkins
Bear Cake on table
Bear balloons
Plates (if available) with bear ears
 
FOOD IDEAS
Cupcakes or cake decorated using bear cookies
Bear shaped cake
Carrot sticks to dip in honey
Honey muffins or toast with honey on it
 
CHILD INVOLVEMENT IDEAS

Decorating brown bear shapes with small brown poms (or clean coffee grounds).

Decorate a party hat for their teddy bear.
Give wagon rides to their teddy bears.
Catch their bear as an adult sends it down a slide.
Bat balloons with teddy bears held up high.

Hold their bears between children, as they do simple circle games or sing songs such as the one below.

Tune: “Here We Go ‘Round The Mulberry Bush”

Teddy Bears, go ‘round and ‘round,
‘Round and ‘round, ‘round and ‘round.
Teddy Bears, go ‘round and ‘round,
Then we all fall down.
 

Set animals in front of them as they sit on the ground (in a circle) with their legs spread out in front of themselves. Roll a ball back and forth between animals.
