BUNNY ART

BUNNY TALES
Toddlers love adding these 3-D bunny tails to their bunnies.
Using the medium bunny pattern from the Pattern Station, cut out a brown or white construction paper bunny shape.
Give your child the bunny shape and a piece of background paper; such as, a piece of light blue construction paper.
Have your child brush glue on the back of the bunny shape and then place it on the background paper.
Next, give your child a large white cotton ball to glue to the back of the bunny shape for a fuzzy cotton tail.

BUNNY HEADS
You will need a large white paper plate and a small pink paper plate for this activity.
Cut the small paper plate in-half creating two bunny ears.
Staple the two ears on top of the white paper plate, creating a bunny head.
Give your child a black marking pen and have him draw on two bunny eyes, a mouth.
To finish off the bunny head, help him draw on some bunny whiskers.

BUNNY HEADBANDS
You will need two strips of white paper 2” x 6” and one strip that is 2” x 20”.
Stack the two smaller strips one on top of the other and round off the two top corners to create bunny ears.
Tape the bunny ears to the back of the headband strip, 4” apart in the middle of the band.
Wrap the headband around your child’s head and secure the headband by taping the two ends.

BUNNY TRAIL PICTURES
You will need a bunny stamp and a stamp pad for this bunny picture.
Take a piece of green paper and draw a simple road (trail) across the paper.
Give the paper to your child along with the bunny stamp and pad.
Have your child stamp bunnies hopping along the bunny trail in their picture.
